Share a meal
Each evening we start with a hot meal together – a main and dessert – as we chat and build friendship and community together.
(Let us know any dietary requirements so we can cater for you!)
Watch a video
After we’ve eaten we watch an engaging video that presents the topic of the week based on questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “How can I have faith?”, “What about the church?”
There are pauses during the video for discussion and quesions to help us really engage with the theme.
Discuss and explore
The evening finshes with chance to discuss further, ask questions, and explore together.
One of the core values of Alpha is that all questions are welcome, and we respect differences of opinion and experience. These discussion times are relaxed, friendly, and respectful – and if you don’t feel like talking there’s no pressure to say anything at all!
