Directions by road

Halton Baptist Church is on the A259, Old London Road, half way between the Old Town of Hastings and Ore village. Just south of the crossroads with Mount Road, Priory Road and Frederick Road.

If you are coming from the north, travel through Ore village. After a while the road starts to descend towards the sea front, you will come to a set of traffic lights. Keep in the left hand side lane. Continue down the hill and immediately after crossing the junction Halton Baptist Church is the first building on your left. Our buildings are above the level of the road so it is quite easy to over-shoot the enterance.

If you are coming from the south, take the A259 to Rye. Pass the Q8 petrol station on your left. Continue up the hill. Approaching the traffic lights look on the right hand side of the road, you will see the sign Halton Baptist Church.

Parking is fairly limited, we do have a car park, on Sundays we try as far as possible to leave it available for drivers and passengers who have difficulty walking. There is parking in all of the nearby streets for those who are a bit more mobile.
