CALL TO PRAYER – Sunday 4th December.
The Eldership is calling Halton to prayer for our church following the morning service on 4th December. Those who attended the Members’ Meeting last week will know that the church finances are not looking at all good, and we need to pray for Halton at this very difficult time. The church will be open all afternoon until 6pm for prayer, and you are encouraged to drop in for as much or as little time as you find possible. Following the time of prayer, you are very welcome to stay on for the evening service.

SURVIVING CHRISTMAS – As usual, our Christmas Day offering will be given to Surviving Christmas to help make Christmas happier for those in need in our town. Prior to Christmas, there is a chance for you to help provide non-perishable food items, with long use by dates, for inclusion in the hampers that are distributed locally. (Please make use of the many Buy One Get One Free offers in supermarkets, and give the freebie to Surviving Christmas). There will be a box in church during the next few weeks for items to be put in. If you would like to volunteer at Surviving Christmas, there is a meeting at the YMCA on Wednesday 7th December, starting at 7pm.

SINGLE ROOM AVAILABLE- Hollington area – Shared facilities, self-catering. Suitable for a single Christian lady, no DSS please. £60 per week. Please contact Angie on 853818.

BMS BIRTHDAY - Greetings to Josh Matthews, who will be 14 on November 23rd.

Please give all items for next week’s news to Vikki by 7pm on Thursday. Thank you.
